normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>2)投标人在购买招标文件前须在深圳能源集团电子招标投标平台完成注册登记并审核通过，投标人要为注册登记预留足够的时间，由于投标人自身原因，截至招标文件发售时间尚未完成注册登记审核，造成无法及时进行标书获取，后果由投标人自行承担。
