项目规模：从 Suki Kinari 水电站到现有 Neelum Jhelum 500kV 双回路四线束输 电线路的互连点的 500kV 双回路四线束输电线路的设计，制造，供应，安装，测试和调试（ 约 75 公里）

三、投标人资格要求
  3.1 投标人应具备下列条件:
3.1.1 具有独立订立合同的法人资格。
3.1.2 在专业技术、设备设施、人员组织、业绩经验等方面具有设计、制造、质量控制、经营管理的相应的资格和能力。
3.1.3 具有完善的质量保证体系。
3.1.4 业绩
3.1.4.1投标人应是国家电力、机械行业有关部门认定的具有制造、经营招标货物资格的、至少2台（套）及3年以上良好运行业绩的物资供应商或制造厂商；
3.1.4.2投标货物要满足技术先进、安全可靠的要求和本招标文件附件三的技术规范。投标货物的性能和质量由投标方对招标人进行保证。
3.1.4.3具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉, 没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结及破产状态。
