采购需求：

（一）项目概述

按照“彩色化、立体化、开放化、精细化”的理念，主动对标上海、广州等先进城市和地区，因地制宜推进城市绿化提档升级。加快推进立体绿化，竖向拓展绿色空间，拟对姑苏区绿化和景观提升试验段范围内的主干道隔离栏及道路沿线进行立体绿化提升，增加花卉植物布置，美化道路整体环境，主要涉及干将西路、三香路、道前街、金门路的道路隔离栏和部分人行道。

（二）服务地点：干将西路、三香路、道前街、金门路。

（三）服务内容：本项目需对花箱（容器）内的花卉植物进行配置和摆放并按采购人要求完成相关整改。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0'>供应商进入“苏州市公共资源交易中心”，进入“政府采购（网上报名）”，选择“苏州政府采购管理交易平台”，进入“供应商”系统，选择具体项目并点击“报名”按钮报名。报名成功并下载采购文件后，点击投标确认函下的“编辑”按钮，进入编辑投标确认函并签章，签章成功后打印投标确认函供参与项目使用。详见《苏州市政府采购交易管理系统供应商操作入册》。供应商报名成功后不可撤销报名。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0'>供应商在苏州市公共资源交易中心网站报名成功后，根据提示，至左侧采购文件页面自行下载采购文件，报名日期视同为依法获取采购文件日期。未依照采购公告要求实行网上报名的供应商，视为未参与该项政府采购活动，不具备对该政府采购项目提出质疑的法定权利，但因供应商资格条件或报名时间设定不符合有关法律法规规定等原因使供应商权益受损的除外。
