normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>江阴靖江长江隧道起自靖江公新公路与城西大道交叉处，向南以隧道形式穿越长江，止于江阴西外环路与芙蓉大道交叉处，路线全长11.825公里。其中过江隧道长6409.5米（含敞口段）。全线设置靖江西、江阴西、青山3处互通式立交，风塔2座，管理及养护中心1处，收费管控站6座。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>洋口港至南通高速公路洋口港至如东城区段工程路线起自洋口港区328国道与经八路交叉处，向西南经长沙镇，与规划222省道交叉后，止于如东东互通，接洋口港至南通高速公路如东城区至南通段，路线全长16.002公里。项目采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度为120公里/小时，路基宽度27米。项目批复概算约26.53亿元。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>阜宁至溧阳高速公路建湖至兴化段工程路线起于阜建高速终点九龙口枢纽，向南布线跨越盐河，在大纵湖西与G344 相交，经缸顾乡西跨越下官河后继续向南，在S351西侧布线穿兴化经济开发区后跨越南官河，终点顺接兴泰高速公路兴化南互通，路线全长71.720公里，其中盐城段34.812 公里，泰州段36.908公里。本项目采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度120km/h，路基宽度27m。全线设服务区2处，分别为楼王服务区和兴化西服务区，项目批复概算约128.8598亿元。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>阜宁至溧阳高速公路建湖至兴化段工程路线起于阜建高速终点九龙口枢纽，向南布线跨越盐河，在大纵湖西与G344 相交，经缸顾乡西跨越下官河后继续向南，在S351西侧布线穿兴化经济开发区后跨越南官河，终点顺接兴泰高速公路兴化南互通，路线全长71.720公里，其中盐城段34.812 公里，泰州段36.908公里。本项目采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度120km/h，路基宽度27m。全线设服务区2处，分别为楼王服务区和兴化西服务区，项目批复概算约128.8598亿元。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>常泰长江大桥南北公路接线起自与沪陕高速公路交叉处的泰兴东枢纽，向南经泰兴市张桥镇东侧， 通过虹桥工业区后，顺接常泰长江大桥，跨长江后向南经常州市新北区春江镇西，跨德胜河后止于与江宜高速公路交叉处的春江枢纽，路线全长 31.972 公里(不含常泰长江大桥公铁合建段)，其中泰兴段 22.382 公里、常州段 9.59 公里。本项目采用六车道高速公路标准建设，南、北引桥段设计速度 100 公里/小时，桥梁宽度 33.05 米（与主桥一致）；其余路段设计速度 120 公里/小时，路基宽度 34.5米。项目批复概算约128.1284亿元。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>检测要求：试验检测人在收到委托人的检测指令后，10个工作日内提交质量检测工作方案，方案经过委托人组织审查通过后，应于10个工作日内组织开展质量检测工作。检测机构须严格按照工作方案规定的检测内容及工期要求进行检测，确保数据真实、可靠。检测机构在检测过程中发现检测数据异常或存在可能影响正常使用的质量或安全问题时，应及时报告委托人。现场检测结束后一周内，提交各合同段的最终检测报告、工作报告及各合同段初步质量评分表。

二、申请人的资格要求
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>1、满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定（依照政府采购法实施条例第十七条规定提供材料）：
normal style='margin-left:0cm;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2'>(1) 具有独立承担民事责任的能力，并提供法人或者其他组织的营业执照等证明文件，自然人的身份证明；
normal style='margin-left:0cm;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2'>(2) 具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度，投标人2019年或2020年财务报告或近六个月中任意1个月的财务报表或其
