normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'> 本招标项目划分为一个标段，本次招标为 ：主要建设内容为拟建公园一座，包括绿化、场地硬化铺装及照明亮化、水景。招标范围：项目总用地面积7092.7平方米，绿化面积3902平方米,铺装面积约2751平方米，喷泉面积约120平方米。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'> 3.1要求具有独立的法人资格，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的园林绿化工程施工能力；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'> 3.2投标人拟派项目负责人须具备园林绿化专业中级及以上职称，且未担任其他在建工程的项目班子人员。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'> 3.3.与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的法人、其他组织或者个人，不得参加投标：

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'> 3.4单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标或者未划分标段的同一招标项目投标。
