normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>大连能源生态园位于大连市甘井子区大连湾街道拉树房村渤海路，由大连深能环保有限公司投资建设，于2022年12月2日投入生产运营。工程配套建设3×750t/d机械炉排型高温焚烧炉，余热锅炉采用中温次高压蒸汽锅炉，配置1×60MW抽凝式汽轮机+1×67MW发电机；配套附属生产、生活设施。具体内容详见技术规范书。

5.6投标人拟派负责LNG速供撬技术服务人员需有特种设备安全管理和作业人员证【证明文件：中华人民共和国特种设备安全管理和作业人员证】
5.7投标人须提供本单位所属或租赁的LNG速供撬设备相关证明；【证明文件：提供设备所属证明或租赁合同关键页等材料】
