2.2项目概况与建设规模：对者楼河岸坡冲刷、过度白化硬化及防洪能力不足河段堤岸进行生态改造15km，无堤防段岸线植被恢复23.65km，河道清淤疏浚3km，沿河岸农田集中分布区域构建生态沟渠2km。保护传承利用历史水文化(兼顾当地民族文化宣传)建设6项;强化公众爱河护河意识建设4项。河湖水域岸线管理保护与河湖管护能力提升智慧监管设施建设。助力流域区域高质量发展，沿河湖绿色廊道进行生态步道建设8km及亲水游园节点建设4处;打造宣传节点与水文化IP等内容。
