1、报名时间及招标公告期限：2021年7月7日至2021年7月14日。
2、投标人须登陆湛江市公共资源交易系统（http://ggzy.zhanjiang.gov.cn:8097/login.jspx）进行注册报名及自行下载招标文件，操作步骤请查阅湛江市公共资源交易中心（http://ggzy.zhanjiang.gov.cn/bsznZfcg/index.htm）“湛江市公共资源交易系统用户手册（政府采购供应商）”。
3、投标人注册审核通过后，在本项目采购公告规定的报名及招标公告期限内登录“湛江市公共资源交易系统”报名。未按时在网上报名的供应商不能参加本项目投标。
