normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt; line-height:150%'>本项目涵盖集团下属各电厂、相关企业工业转动设备所用各类轴承及配套附件采购，通过本次公开招标，建立深圳能源集团所属企业（以下简称“最终用户”）轴承清单式集中采购供应商预选库，在1年有效期内，最终用户根据实际采购需求在深圳能源采购管理系统（供应商门户网址：isp.sec.com.cn）或招标人指定的其他平台实施采购。入库供应商根据最终用户发出的订单分批次进行供货，本项目不承诺实际采购数量及金额，以实际发生为准。

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>2)投标人在购买招标文件前须在深圳能源集团电子招标投标平台完成注册登记并审核通过，投标人要为注册登记预留足够的时间，由于投标人自身原因，截至招标文件发售时间尚未完成注册登记审核，造成无法及时进行标书购买，后果由投标人自行承担。
